The wait is over! The highly anticipated completion of our new and improved web-site has moved to the center stage. During the process, I was asked our average customers: Is she the average housewife or homeowner? What kinds of things do customers expect to see? Well, there I sat in a catatonic state staring at the web designers. Then, a light went off and I was off and running, explaining to them just who my, yes I said my, customers are. Maybe it is wrong to be possessive, but I feel that I have a personal connection to each and every one of you. I have come to realize that there is not an average customer among you. Each one of you brings a beautiful story that that touches my heart and continually amazes me and my staff. I have come to see you as all part of our family. As you navigate your way around our new site, keep in mind this is a tribute to what I have learned from you and a reflection of my appreciation for your support and patience.
